Carson has over fifteen years of generalist HR experience in a wide range of industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Business Travel, Housing, Not For Profit, Finance and Insurance, Elite Sport, Hospitality and Telecommunications. Most of her experience has been in a management and leadership capacity.
After gaining invaluable experience in a mixture of both large and small organisations in Australia, UK and Canada, Susan found her passion lies in coaching candidates on how to be successful in the workplace covering job applications, interview techniques, conflict resolution and general career advice.
Her book, 101 HR Hot Tips: Handy Secrets for Success in the Workplace, is based on real life experiences and the value she can add to individuals who are just starting out in the workforce, or anybody who feels they need career advice and guidance.
